Thick and creamy Thermomix Cheese Sauce which is ever so easy to make. It’s lump free and there’s no manual stirring involved.
- 60g plain flour
- 30g unsalted butter
- 500g full cream milk
- 100g cheddar cheese, roughly cut into 3cm cubes
- Add the butter, flour and milk to the TM bowl and mix for 6 mins/90°/speed 4 until thickened.
- Add the cheese and mix 30 sec/speed 9 gradually increasing the speed.
- Serve and enjoy!
This recipe makes a thick cheese sauce, if you like it a little thinner add 50g of flour instead of 60g.
