Thermomix Cranberry & Pistachio Bliss Balls

These Thermomix Cranberry and Pistachio Bliss Balls are made with dates, pistachios, dried cranberries, coconut oil, cinnamon and a little maple syrup.  They are refined sugar free but full of fructose so probably best to have as an occasional treat.

If you’ve read my blog before you will know I’m a big fan of Bliss Balls and love experimenting with different flavour combinations.  My Thermomix Chocolate Chia Bliss Balls are by far the most popular recipe on the blog followed by my Goji Berry Bliss Balls.  There are also the insanely delicious Peppermint Bliss Balls and Chai Spiced Protein Balls.

These Thermomix Bliss Balls are a handy snack to keep in the fridge to satisfy a sweet tooth as long as you don’t eat too many!  A lot of Bliss Ball recipes call for Medjool dates but they are a little over priced so I just use normal dates and add a bit of coconut oil to help bind them together.

The pitted dates you buy from the supermarket occasionally have stone fragments left in them so it’s definitely worth checking otherwise it’s easy to chip ones tooth.
