These Thermomix Goji Berry Bliss Balls are packed with almonds, sunflower seeds, Goji berries and Chia seeds. They’re perfect for keeping in the fridge for a healthy snack or popped into a lunch box.
Goji berries are the most nutritionally dense fruit on the planet, they are full of antioxidants and phytochemicals for radiant glowing skin and brainpower.

- 100 g almonds
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g Goji berries
- 20 g chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 20 g maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 150 g dates
- pinch of sea salt
Place the almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and goji berries into the Thermomix bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 9.
Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 5 until everything is blended well.
Shape into small round walnut size balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating. Keep stored in the fridge.
