Description

A healthy energy ball snack made really easily in the Thermomix.

Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g Goji berries
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 20 g maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 150 g dates
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place the almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and goji berries into the Thermomix bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 9.
  2. Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 5 until everything is blended well.
  3. Shape into small round walnut size balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating. Keep stored in the fridge.
