A nourishing green smoothie made with immunity boosting ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana (90-100g), if the banana is frozen, just omit the ice cubes
  • 20g spinach
  • 3 strawberries
  • 10 almonds
  • 20g Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice, optional
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 150g almond milk or milk of choice, add a little more if it’s too thick
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the TM bowl and blend for 2 mins/speed 9.
  2. Drink and enjoy!
