A super green smoothie bowl made with matcha, banana, spinach and topped with all your favourite toppings makes the perfect breakfast.



Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 banana ((frozen))
  • 200250 g almond milk
  • Big handful of spinach
  • 12 teaspoons of Culinary Grade Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup ((optional))

  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Granola
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Dried Fruit
  • Chia Seeds
  • Nut Butter


  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients into the Thermomix Bowl and blend for 90 sec/speed 9 until smooth and creamy. Test for sweetness and add more maple syrup if desired.
  2. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy fresh.
