A delicious smooth and creamy Thermomix Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie made with pears, spinach, almonds, almond milk and cinnamon.
I wanted to make a smoothie that was banana free and this combination of pears, spinach and almond milk works really well together. The pear is a good substitute for banana as it adds sweetness and texture and masks the spinach really well.
I love cinnamon and use it in loads of recipes. It boasts many amazing health benefits such as boosting brain activity, lowering blood sugar levels, is beneficial for bone health and many more.
This is a great recipe to use up any left over pears that are on their way to being over ripe. Pears only ripen after they are picked so the ones from the supermarket are always hard and can take up to a week to soften.Print
