There’s nothing like a big bowl of warming porridge to start off the day. This Thermomix Raspberry Porridge is so easy to put together and only takes a few minutes to make in the Thermomix.
I’ve only just started making porridge in the Thermomix in the mornings. It’s so easy as it’s cooked in 4 minutes and there’s no standing over stirring a saucepan so you can get on with other jobs to beat the morning rush.
The recipe makes one big bowl or two small bowls depending on how hungry you are or how many mouths you have to feed. Oats are slow releasing carbs which is great as they keep you fuller for longer.
One tip I would definitely stress is to rinse and clean the bowl IMMEDIATELY after use so the remains don’t stick to the bottom.
What are your favourite toppings?
- 50 g oats
- 200g almond milk
- 80 g frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Add everything to the TM bowl and cook for 4 min/80/reverse/speed 2.
Serve immediately with some topping of choice.
Rinse the bowl immediately after use so the remains don't stick to the bottom.
