These no fuss Thermomix Strawberry Chia Breakfast Pots make for a healthy and delicious breakfast.  Made with fresh strawberries, almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, chia seeds and maple syrup they are bursting with flavour and nutrition.

Thermomix Strawberry Chia Breakfast Pots - made with fresh strawberries, they are full of goodness and make a delicious breakfast.These little pots of goodness make a lovely change from the usual breakfast options.  They’re really easy to put together the night before so they’re all ready to eat in the morning.  I love mine with fresh berries, a sprinkling of coconut flakes, a teaspoon of almond butter and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.

Description

These no fuss Thermomix Strawberry Chia Breakfast Pots make for a healthy and delicious breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 200 g almond milk
  • 10 strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • quarter teaspoon ginger
  • quarter teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the strawberries and place them into the TM bowl with the almond milk.  Blend for 10 sec/speed 9.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix for 5 sec/reverse/speed 3.
  3. Pour into one large jar or 2 smaller ones, cover and place in the fridge overnight, ready to eat the next morning.

Notes

  1. These Thermomix Strawberry Chia Pots make lovely puddings if you don’t want to eat them for breakfast!
  2. They keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
