If you don’t own a Nutribullet or similar then the Thermomix is great at making smoothies. This one contains anti-inflammatory Turmeric which doesn’t taste too strong when mixed with the other ingredients.
As with my recipe for Turmeric Latte, the addition of black pepper is to help the body to absorb Turmeric more easily.
