Break the chocolate into small pieces and then add to the Thermomix bowl. Grate for 8 sec/speed 10. Scrape down the bowl.
Melt the chocolate for 2-3 mins/50℃/speed 2. Scrape down the bowl and along the blades with a spatula. If necessary, melt the chocolate again for 1-2 min/50℃/speed 2.
Notes
Chocolate: Not all chocolate sets firmly after melting. Milk and white chocolate can stay quite soft, while dark chocolate tends to set better. For the best results, I recommend using chocolate melts designed for melting - Cadbury and Nestlé are both great options.
