Ingredients
Handful of ice cubes

piece of fresh ginger

roughly chopped, no need to peel

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend for
2 min/speed 10
.
Check the consistency. If you prefer it a bit runnier, add more water and blend for a further
30 sec/speed 10
.
This juice produces a small amount of pulp, which can be strained through a fine strainer if it's not to your taste. Serve the juice over fresh ice.
Notes
Storage:
Store any leftover juice in the fridge in an airtight jar and consume on the day it's made.
