Heat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add the butter to the Thermomix bowl and melt for 3 min/80°C/speed 2, with the measuring cup on. If it hasn't fully melted, melt for a further minute or two.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula, then mix again for 10 sec/speed 4.
Pour half a cup of the batter into your waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy.
Serve the waffles immediately while they're still warm and crispy.
Notes
Storage: Store leftover waffles in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the toaster to crisp them back up.To freeze: Let the waffles cool completely on a wire rack, then freeze in a zip-lock bag. Toast straight from frozen until hot and crisp.
