Place the oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, milk, and water in the Thermomix bowl and cook for 11 min/90°C/reverse/speed 1. The porridge will thicken as it cools, but if you like it extra thick, extend the cooking time by a minute or two.
Serve immediately with your favourite toppings.
Rinse the Thermomix bowl immediately after using it to prevent the porridge remains from sticking.
Notes
StorageThe porridge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Reheat it in a microwave until piping hot, stirring well before eating, adding more liquid if needed.
