I love how simple and easy it is to make porridge in the Thermomix without having to worry about continually stirring, so the saucepan doesn't burn. This porridge tastes terrific with just a handful of fresh blueberries on top, or you could serve it with any fruit, nuts, seeds etc.

Healthy and delicious chocolate porridge made in the Thermomix!
Ingredients
- 60g porridge oats
- 1 ½ teaspoons cacao powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon nut butter/tahini
- 180g unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and heat 4 mins/80 speed/soft speed with the measuring cap off.
- Serve immediately with your favourite toppings - blueberries are a favourtite!
