Start the day with this delicious healthy Thermomix Chocolate Porridge. The ingredients are wholesome, and it's easy to make in the Thermomix.
You wouldn't think having chocolate for breakfast would be healthy, but this porridge ticks all the boxes. Made with unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetened with a bit of maple syrup, it's manageable for first thing in the morning.
I love how simple and easy it is to make porridge in the Thermomix without worrying about continually stirring so the saucepan doesn't burn. This porridge tastes terrific with just a handful of fresh blueberries on top, or you could serve it with any fruit, nuts, seeds etc.
This recipe was inspired by Jamie Olivers Chocolate Porridge from his Superfood Cookbook.
