Cosy and delicious chocolate porridge made in the Thermomix!
Ingredients
- 100 g rolled oats
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 200 g full cream milk, or lite milk
- 200 g water
Instructions
- Place the oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, milk, and water in the Thermomix bowl and cook for 10 min/90°C/reverse/soft speed.
- The porridge will thicken as it cools. If you prefer it extra thick, extend the cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with your favourite toppings.
