Thermomix Chocolate Porridge

Start the day with this delicious healthy Thermomix Chocolate Porridge for breakfast.  Made with only a handful of ingredients, it’s easy to make and ready in a jiffy.

Thermomix Chocolate Porridge with Blueberries

You wouldn’t think having chocolate for breakfast would be healthy but this porridge ticks all the boxes.  Made with raw cocoa powder and sweetened with a little maple syrup, it’s not too overpowering for first thing in the morning.

I love how simple and easy it is to make porridge in the Thermomix without having to worry about continually stirring so the saucepan doesn’t burn.  This porridge tastes amazing with just a handful of fresh blueberries on top or you could serve it with any fruit, nuts, seeds etc.

Thermomix Chocolate Porridge

  • 60g porridge oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon nut butter/tahini
  • 180g unsweetened almond milk


  1. Add all the ingredients to the TM bowl and heat 4 mins/80 speed/soft speed with the measuring cap off.
  2. Serve immediately with your favourite toppings – blueberries go really well!
