Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl, add a splash of water, then cook for 7 min/90℃/reverse/speed 1 with the measuring cup removed and the simmering basket or splatter guard on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Storage: Store leftover compote in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The compote can also be frozen for up to 3 months - defrost overnight in the fridge before serving.
