How to make Thermomix Mixed Berry Compote

- Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix bowl.
- Heat for 7 mins/90°C/reverse/speed 1 with measuring can off.
Top Tip
If your mixed berries release a lot of liquid, mix a teaspoon of cornflour with a splash of water and stir it through the compote at the end to help thicken it slightly. It's optional but great if you prefer a thicker texture for spooning over pancakes.
