Instructions
Add the water and sugar to the Thermomix bowl and heat for
5 min/100°C/speed 2
until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is clear.
Allow the mixture to cool, then store in a firmly sealed jar or bottle in the fridge. The sugar syrup will keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
