Add the onion and garlic to the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 7.
Scrape down the bowl, add the paprika and olive oil and cook for 5 min/100℃/speed 1 without the measuring cup.
Add the sweet potatoes and carrots and chop for 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the bowl.
Add the stock and cook for 10-15 min/100℃/speed 1 with the measuring cup on. Test the vegetables to ensure they are soft; if not, cook for a few more minutes.
Blend the soup for 1 min/speed 8, slowly increasing the speed to 8. If the soup is too thick, add a little more water or stock and blend again.
Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.
