Add the milk, chai spice mix and maple syrup to the Thermomix bowl. Heat for 3 min/80℃/speed 2, without the measuring cup.
Froth for 30 seconds, gradually increasing the speed from 1 to 9, with the measuring cup in place.
Pour it into a mug and enjoy! Note: A small amount of spice sediment will settle at the bottom of your mug - simply strain through a sieve before serving if you'd prefer a smoother drink.
