Add the almonds to the Thermomix bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 9 to form almond flour.
Add the dates, peanut butter and cocoa powder, and mix for 10 sec/speed 7 until the mixture sticks together. It's important not to over-mix or the dates will become too sticky to work with.
Scoop roughly a tablespoon of the date mixture from the Thermomix bowl with your hands and form small balls, about walnut size.
These will keep in the fridge for up to a week, stored in an airtight container. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
