Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- ½ cm fresh ginger, peeled
- 10 g sesame oil
- 70 g tamari, or salt-reduced soy sauce
- 20 g honey
Instructions
- Add the garlic and ginger to the Thermomix bowl and grate for 3 sec/speed 7.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add the sesame oil, Tamari and honey, and mix for 5 sec/speed 4. Scrape down the bowl.
- Heat for 2 mins/70°C/speed 2 with the measuring cap off.
