With your Thermomix, you can create the perfect Custard in minutes - no constant stirring or guesswork is needed, just pure, creamy indulgence every time!
Ingredients
- 500g full cream milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g caster sugar
- 30g cornflour
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 5 mins/80°C/speed 4.
- Serve the custard straight away or leave to cool. It will thicken slightly upon cooling. Lay some cling film over the surface whilst the custard is still hot to prevent a skin from forming.
