Enjoy smooth, lump-free custard in minutes with the Thermomix.
Ingredients
- 500 g full cream milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 g caster sugar
- 30 g cornflour
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 5 min/80°C/speed 4.
- Serve the custard straight away or leave to cool. It will thicken slightly upon cooling. Lay some cling film over the surface whilst the custard is still hot to prevent a skin from forming.
