Thermomix Nutella Ice Cream (3 Ingredients)

This Thermomix Nutella Ice Cream recipe is so easy to make. It's just 3 ingredients - frozen bananas, Nutella and vanilla extract.  All you have to do is whizz everything up in the Thermomix for 40 seconds then it's ready to enjoy.

I made this recipe for World Nutella Day and it was a complete hit. You only need three ingredients, which takes only 2 minutes to make. I always keep frozen bananas in the freezer for Smoothies and frozen treats, they are a great standby staple.

You can enjoy it straight from the bowl or freeze it for later - just take it out of the freezer to thaw for 20 minutes before serving.

Nutella Ice Cream in 3 small bowls.

Thermomix Nutella Ice Cream

Total Time: 2 minutes

Get your Nutella fix with this really easy recipe for Thermomix Nutella Ice Cream. Made with just three ingredients, it's ready to enjoy in under 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen bananas
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Nutella spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 40 sec/speed 9. Scrape down the bowl and if necessary mix again for a few more seconds. I find that 40 seconds is enough for a smooth consistency.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Any leftovers can be stored in the freezer - just thaw out for 20 minutes to soften before consuming.
