This excellent homemade Thermomix Cheese Sauce is smooth and creamy, and takes less than 15 minutes to make. There is no need to stand tirelessly over a steaming hot saucepan, stirring it tirelessly when the Thermomix does everything for you!

When you make Cheese Sauce in the Thermomix, you can say goodbye to those dreaded lumps that often sneak into your saucepan-made versions. The Thermomix ensures a smooth and lump-free sauce every time.
Cheese Sauce is based on a white sauce or Béchamel Sauce but with cheese added. You can add almost any cheese, but I love an extra-strong cheddar.
