You know what it’s like trying to organise dinner every night for a hungry family whom all have different tastes (and opinions). I’m probably the least organised person in the world but have recently gone back to part time work so don’t have as much time to grocery shop and think about dinner options. I also find it really handy to plan meals around after school activities and other commitments throughout the week as certain meals are better eaten fresh (such as stir frys) whereas others easier to keep warm and heat up.
