These little Thermomix bliss balls are super simple to make, just like these peanut butter bliss balls and chocolate chia bliss balls.
Recipe Ingredients

Note: The full quantities are shown in the recipe card below.
- Dates - I've used regular dates from the supermarket and soaked them in warm water to soften them. If using Medjool dates, there is no need to soften them first.
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds
- Cocoa powder - use unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Peppermint extract -
- Oats - use jumbo or rolled oats.
Step-by-Step Directions

Step 1: Soften dates
Add the dates to a mixing bowl and cover with warm water for 10 minutes to soften them.

Step 2: Grind sunflower seeds
Grind the sunflower seeds into flour.

Step 3: Add softened dates
Add the softened dates to the sunflower seed flour and mix until smooth.

Step 4: Add the remaining ingredients
Add the cocoa powder, chia seeds, oats and peppermint extract and mix until clumps form.

Step 5: Roll into balls
Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place them in the fridge to firm up.

Storage
Store the bliss balls in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a week.

Thermomix Peppermint Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 250 g pitted dates, see notes
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 50 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions
- Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Add the sunflower seeds to the Thermomix bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 9.
- Add the softened dates and mix for 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula, then mix again for 5 sec/speed 7.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula, then mix again for 5 sec/speed 5.
- Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls and refrigerate for half an hour before eating.
