This chocolate pear pudding combines juicy pears with a rich chocolate sponge and a gooey self-saucing chocolate layer underneath. Quick to prepare in the Thermomix, it's an easy dessert that's perfect served warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.

This recipe was inspired by Nigella Lawson's chocolate pear pudding from her book Nigella Express. I've been making it for years, and it's one of my favourite easy desserts when I'm craving something warm, chocolatey and comforting.

Hi, I am curious, if a person was going to use fresh pears for the Thermomix Chocolate Pear Pudding, how many pears would you use?
Thanks a bunch, and it is on my list to make, I can't wait to try them!
