This golden turmeric latte blends turmeric, fresh ginger and cinnamon with your choice of milk. A little coconut oil and a touch of maple syrup make it lovely, frothy and subtly sweet. It comes together in the Thermomix in under 5 minutes.

FEATURED REVIEW
"Loved this. I made this for breakfast this morning to drink with the pumpkin bread that I made. Thanks for the recipe!"

If you love the spiced flavours in this golden turmeric latte, my Thermomix chai latte is another cosy drink to try.
Recipe Ingredients
- Ground turmeric
- Fresh ginger
- Ground cinnamon
- Coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- Milk of your choice
Recipe Tips
- You'll notice a little sediment from the fresh ginger settling at the bottom. That's completely normal, and I actually like the texture it adds. If you'd prefer a smoother drink, strain it before serving.
- I've kept the ground turmeric to a small amount, as it can easily become overpowering if you add too much.
- You can swap the ground turmeric for fresh turmeric. Use about 1cm of fresh turmeric root instead, and add it with the ginger in step 1.

Coconut oil: The coconut oil isn't essential, but it helps the milk froth up thicker when blended at high speed.
Turmeric: You can swap the ground turmeric for fresh turmeric. Use about 1cm of fresh turmeric root instead, and add it with the ginger in step 1.
