Cooking poached eggs in the Thermomix is simple with this easy method.

Cooking poached eggs in the Thermomix is straightforward but takes longer than the stovetop method. This recipe is for the TM6, as the mixing bowl is larger than the TM31.
I followed the recipe in the Basic Cookbook, adjusted the time slightly, and added less vinegar to the water. Vinegar is optional and helps keep the egg whites together. I used white wine vinegar, but plain white vinegar will do the trick.
Poached eggs go really well with Hollandaise sauce and will save you a whopping $20 at a cafe. I don't have a recipe, but this one from Mama Loves to Cook looks good.

Can you add more than 2 eggs at a time?
Vicki says
Hi Lauren,
The most eggs I have cooked at a time is 4; I wouldn't recommend doing more than that as they might clump together. Kind regards, Vicki.

These were perfect and so easy! Thanks for sharing

Turned out perfectly for me thank you. One of the eggs lost most of its white but I probably didn’t put enough vinegar in it.
