Thermomix Chai Spice Mix
This spice mix contains a delicious blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and cloves.

Servings: 35 grams
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Add all the spices to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 5 sec/speed 5.
- Wait a few seconds for the spices to settle, then take the lid off and transfer the spice mix to an airtight jar or container.
- Store in a cool, dark pantry.

How long do would you suggest this should last in the pantry? If I'm making these as gift ideas, what would be a "best before" date?

Hi Linda, apologies for the late response. The spice mix will last up to a year in an airtight container. It's also worth checking the use-by date on the individual spices to ensure they are fresh.
