Thermomix Matcha Latte
An energising drink which is super easy to make in the Thermomix and will set you up for a magical day.
Ingredients
- 250 g milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder, see notes
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice, optional
Instructions
- Add the milk to the Thermomix bowl and heat for 3.5 min/80°C/speed 2. (Measuring cup on).
- Add the Matcha powder and cinnamon and blend for 30 sec/speed 9.
- Pour into a mug and add sweetener of your choice, if desired.
Notes
Matcha: Matcha powder is readily available at most supermarkets. The greener the Matcha, the higher quality it is. Never heat Matcha past 80°C as it will destroy the flavour and nutrients.
