I started this blog in 2015 to document all my Thermomix recipes, which turned out well. (There have been a few disasters along the way!). I love experimenting with new recipes and converting old ones for the Thermomix, like Donna Hay's Chocolate Brownies.
Owning a Thermomix can be overwhelming at first. However, it's a game-changer in the kitchen, making preparation faster, easier, and more enjoyable. To make life easy, many of my recipes have clear photos of the ingredients used and step-by-step photo instructions.
A little bit about me: I'm an English Mum living on the Mornington Peninsula, a beautiful coastal region about an hour from Melbourne, Australia. It's known for its stunning beaches, wineries, and relaxed lifestyle. Before living here, I lived in Tokyo for seven years, which was an amazing experience.
